Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

About Us:

Celero Communication Inc. is an ambitious semiconductor start-up building the technology that powers next-generation connectivity. We combine deep technical expertise with a bold, execution-driven mindset to solve complex challenges in high-speed communication and silicon innovation.

As a scaling company with a global footprint, we move fast, collaborate across borders, and value ownership at every level. Our culture is built on curiosity, accountability, and teamwork — where smart, driven people come together to turn breakthrough ideas into real-world impact.

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager & Administrative Coordinator who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping both operations and culture from the ground up.

The Opportunity:

This is more than an administrative role — it’s a mission-critical position at the center of our operations. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of our office, the go-to partner for leadership, and a key contributor to building an engaging employee and visitor experience.

If you love building structure where it’s needed, solving problems before they arise, and being part of a high-growth technology company, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Office Operations & Experience

  • Create and maintain a professional, welcoming office environment aligned with Celero’s brand and culture.
  • Coordinate customer visits, executive meetings, and company-wide events.
  • Manage day-to-day office logistics including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships (facilities, furniture, refreshments, storage).
  • Ensure smooth operations so teams can focus on innovation and execution.

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare polished executive presentations and create branded PowerPoint and Word templates.
  • Process expense reports and manage office purchasing.
  • Support cross-functional administrative needs as the company scales.

People & Culture Support

  • Assist with employee onboarding, workspace setup, and new hire experience.
  • Support HR processes including interview scheduling, and training coordination.
  • Help plan and execute trade shows, corporate events, and team-building activities.
  • Contribute to shaping a positive, collaborative, and high-performance company culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles (startup or tech environment preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience collaborating with international teams (U.S., Canada, Argentina preferred).
  • HR Experience is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • High emotional intelligence and a team-first mindset.

Why Join Celero?

  • Be part of a high-growth semiconductor start-up at a pivotal stage.
  • Make a visible, meaningful impact across the organization.
  • Gain exposure to operations, HR, executive support, and corporate events.
  • Work with a collaborative, global team that values initiative and innovation.
  • Grow your career as we scale and redefine what’s possible in connectivity technology.
