Senior Director, Product Management

US

Integration meets Innovation

At Celigo, we believe integration should empower — not exhaust — innovation. As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), we’re on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Powered by game-changing technology like runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations, Celigo is redefining how businesses connect their world.

Celigo is building the operating system for business automation — an integration platform that helps thousands of companies connect their applications, automate workflows, and unlock the power of AI-driven agents. We’re looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to own strategy and execution across some of the most consequential product lines in our portfolio: the core platform, our AI product suite, API management, and data ingestion.

This is a role where your strategic fingerprints will be visible across the business — from revenue contribution and customer retention to how product management itself is practiced in an AI-first world.

About the Team

Celigo’s product organization is built on deep collaboration between Product Management, UX Design and Research, and Engineering — co-owning outcomes from problem definition through delivery. Our leadership team runs on a charter built around dynamic domain ownership, evidence-based strategy, and AI-augmented velocity, meaning we use AI not just in our products but to make our own teams faster and smarter.

You’ll work alongside a Sr Director of UX, a Director of PM covering other parts of the portfolio, a Director of Product Operations, and Engineering leadership. The culture is direct, craft-oriented, and allergic to performative alignment. We debate hard behind closed doors and present a united front to our teams.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead a team of experienced product managers covering the core platform, AI (Ora, Agent Builder, MCP Server, Guardrails), API management (including an OEM partnership), and data ingestion (including an OEM partnership). The portfolio is broad, strategically important, and directly tied to Celigo’s competitive positioning in the iPaaS market.

The team is capable and in place, and we’re continuing to deepen strategic autonomy across the PM org — strengthening the muscle for PMs to define problems, make decisions, and own outcomes with increasing independence. You’ll carry that work forward while also sitting at the center of Celigo’s AI transformation, both shipping AI products that deliver real customer outcomes and evolving how product development works in an AI-first environment.

What would you do if hired?

  • Own product strategy for Core Platform, AI, API Management, and Data Ingestion — developing multi-quarter roadmaps tied to revenue, retention, and competitive positioning.
  • Continue deepening strategic autonomy across the PM org — extend decision-making authority and vision ownership to senior PMs and strengthen the structures that sustain independent operation.
  • Drive AI product-market fit — ensure Celigo’s AI capabilities translate into measurable customer success with autonomous agents and AI-assisted integrations.
  • Lead the AI transformation of PM practice — bring a point of view on how AI reshapes the PM role and the product development lifecycle, then operationalize it.
  • Manage and develop a distributed team — set clear expectations, build trust across time zones, and raise the bar on talent.
  • Represent Celigo externally — support strategic sales, speak at events, and contribute to analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester) to strengthen market position.

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities
  • Strong external communication skills — sales support, conference speaking, analyst engagement
  • History of developing leaders internally — coaching senior ICs into people leaders and managers into directors
Education & Experience
  • More than 15 years of progressive product management experience in technical B2B SaaS with complex, customer-facing products
  • Demonstrated Sr Director-level scope — multi-product-line strategy, business outcomes ownership, and organizational change leadership
  • Expert partnership with UX across research, design, and content, driving measurable customer and business outcomes through co-ownership
  • Hands-on experience shipping AI-native or AI-augmented products (not just AI-adjacent)
  • Track record managing distributed teams, including teams based in India
  • Experience in mid-scale companies (~750 people); comfort operating with less infrastructure than a mega-corp
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with integration platforms, API management, or data pipeline products
  • Familiarity with iPaaS market dynamics and competitive landscape (Gartner MQ, Forrester Wave)
  • Experience managing OEM partnerships or embedded technology relationships
  • A formed perspective (backed by experience) on how AI is transforming the PDLC and the PM role
How We Work

Product Managers at Celigo are expected to be grounded in customer insight, fluent in data, and accountable for outcomes — not just delivery. We use AI as a force multiplier across the product development lifecycle, and we expect leaders to model that. Our craft culture values evidence over opinion, direct feedback over diplomatic silence, and strategic clarity over activity volume.

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $210,000 and $230,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.

Why Celigo

We believe excellence comes from each of us — and that conviction shapes how we build products, develop people, and compete. Celigo is a place where asking “How can it be better?” isn’t a slogan; it’s how we operate every day. We invest in people with real career paths, direct coaching, and a high bar that respects your craft. And we win when our customers win — every product decision traces back to measurable customer outcomes.

If you want a role where strategy is real, autonomy is earned and expected, and AI isn’t a buzzword but a daily practice — we’d like to talk.

Celigo is proud to be

  • A 2025 Gartner Customers’ Choice for iPaaS. The only vendor to receive this award.
  • Celigo is a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for iPaaS for the second consecutive year
  • Celigo is ranked #1 iPaaS on G2 for multiple quarters and named a Leader in both B2B/EDI and API Management.
  • Celigo is a leading intelligent automation platform that puts the power of automation in the hands of every team, unifying workflows from the predictable to the fully agentic in a single platform.

Here you'll experience

  • Remote-first culture, built on trust, collaboration, and transparency
  • A high-growth, inclusive work environment where innovation thrives and ideas are implemented
  • Lightspeed learning opportunities to keep you at the leading edge of your field
  • Exceptional coworkers who challenge and inspire you daily
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, including:
    • Three weeks of vacation (starting year one)
    • Wellness days and holidays to recharge
    • Parental leave and a generous benefits package
    • Monthly tech stipend
    • Recognition and career development opportunities

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
