Account Executive

Australia

Integration meets innovation

Celigo is the modern integration platform as a service (iPaaS) that simplifies how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. The platform has been ranked #1 in iPaaS user feedback by G2 for five quarters in a row. Purpose-built for mission-critical processes, Celigo offers unique tools such as runtime AI and prebuilt integrations tailored to resolve the biggest integration challenges, making Celigo incomparably easier to maintain.

Celigo is looking for a results-driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, driving new business in the commercial segment, across Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will target and partner with fast-growing companies that will rely on Celigo to streamline operational excellence by providing a market-leading Integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) connecting cloud and on-premises software applications, allowing businesses to automate workflows and sync data across systems without heavy custom coding.

In addition to understanding the demands of greater connectivity, the right candidate should bring a forward-thinking, AI-informed approach to how you work, compete, and win.

In summary, if you have the mindset of thinking outside the box, positioning an end to legacy and tools with intelligent automation (to help consumers deliver significantly more without adding complexity to their business), we need to talk to you!

What would you do if hired?
  • Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound opportunities within an assigned territory; build pipeline through both direct outreach and Celigo’s partner ecosystem
  • Conduct discovery to understand customer business challenges, integration requirements, and automation opportunities
  • Position Celigo’s iPaaS platform as a strategic enabler for automation, scalability, and operational efficiency — including AI-powered capabilities like runtime AI and agentic workflows
  • Work effectively and efficiently with our technical resource team to deliver compelling product demonstrations and coordinate technical evaluations.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder buying committees — including customer-side implementation partners brought in during the sales cycle
  • Manage a high volume of parallel opportunities (40-60+) without letting deals stall — including navigating internal deal approval processes
  • Use AI tools and modern sales technology to work smarter for your own productivity; research, prioritisation, outreach, and pipeline management
  • Show some familiarity with how AI/automation (including agentic workflows) can change a prospect’s operations (this is a distinct, product-facing skill from using AI tools yourself)
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue using Salesforce and other sales tools, with disciplined CRM hygiene — deal stage, next steps, and partner involvement reflected in real time
  • Show how you can use sales methodologies to meet your performance expectations [NB: we use, and are advocates of MEDDPICC]
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, SDRs, Partner teams, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay current on market trends, competitors, and the status quo alternatives (manual processes, in-house builds) prospects default to, and the evolving AI/automation landscape to bring sharp, relevant insight to every customer conversation
  • Own the full sales cycle through close only — post-close, accounts transition to Account Management
  • Have an inquisitive, challenging, and entrepreneurial outlook

  • Comfortable adopting new tools and workflows, including AI-assisted selling, and eager to improve through experimentation
  • Ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize potential customers through both research and outbound efforts
  • Ideally, have an understanding of the iPaaS/integration landscape and how connectivity drives business outcomes.
  • Experience managing partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, including deal registration hygiene across overlapping partners

Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
