(Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner - Product & Engineering (fixed-term contract)

Our team drives innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire the future leaders of Celonis. More than just recruiters, we are talent advisors and candidate experience experts directly impacting the rapid growth of the organization.

We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Product and Engineering recruitment. The role will be based on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract initially, based from our Head Office in Munich. The Role:

As a trusted partner to our functional hiring managers, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding both hiring managers and candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process. The position requires fluency in English and a background hiring top talent for Product and Engineering roles (Product Managers, Software Engineers, DevOps). You will own the End-to-End recruitment process from kick off, building and delivering on the candidate sourcing to assessment and offer management.

You will collaborate with an ambitious team of TA Partners located across our global hubs, our TA Coordination team to help enhance scheduling and interview efficiency, and our Talent Marketing team to bolster the Celonis EVP and employer brand efforts.

The work you’ll do:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for product management and engineering roles.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Work hand in hand with Talent Coordination to schedule interviews, providing necessary support and resources to both candidates and hiring managers.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, offering strategic advice and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the HR team and Compensation & Benefits team and other internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with company goals and processes.

Market Research & Talent Insights:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to effectively position Celonis as an employer of choice.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring managers to aid in decision-making and strategy development.

Recruitment Process Excellence: 

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and processes
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
  • Leverage our ATS and Sourcing Tools to ensure excellence and efficiencies are adopted in our working practices

The qualifications you need:

  • A background in Product and Engineering recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for finding and hiring the best talent.
  • Strong understanding of the market dynamics and talent pools.
  • End to end recruitment experience from Sourcing to Offer Management
  • Inhouse, agency or RPO recruitment experience hiring for Product , Technology or IT Services businesses.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and interest in interacting with colleagues, candidates and partners.
  • You can come as you are – the fun-loving, passionate seller, who never gets shy of pushing boundaries or asking the tough questions with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities.
  • Must be fluent in English and German too
