Job Description: Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, contributing to strategic planning and long-term vision. Develop and execute financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation. Implement appropriate tracking methods for revenue and expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital management. Prepare timely and accurate analyses, summaries, and reports on the company’s financial performance. Develop reliable cash flow projection processes, including minimum cash thresholds to meet operational needs. Regularly review revenue cycle metrics to proactively address performance issues. Lead strategic financial initiatives, including evaluating investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and capital structure optimization. Collaborate with business units to align financial strategies with overall corporate goals. Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, both organic and inorganic. Develop and execute investment strategies, considering market trends and competitive landscapes. Lead due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures. Collaborate with Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to establish and track revenue goals. Provide financial insights to support business development, M&A activities, and strategic partnerships. $300,000 - $350,000.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience in a senior financial managerial role or related position. Experience must include: Working in an executive finance role; Financial modeling, valuation reporting and analytics; Mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities for public and private companies; Generally Accepted accounting principles (GAAP), financial regulations, and compliance requirements; Relationship management with investors, shareholders, banks and financial institutions; Advising on and negotiating financial contracts. Domestic and international travel required. Approximately 15-20 business days a year.

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.

Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.

The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.

$300,000 - $350,000 USD
