The Team:

The Talent Acquisition - Early Professional Hiring (EPH) team at Celonis plays a critical role in fueling our rapid international growth. Our mission is to attract and hire the next generation of Celonis talent globally by implementing innovative recruitment strategies and fostering strong relationships with academic institutions and industry partners. As experts in candidate experience, we are dedicated to shaping a diverse and dynamic workforce that drives Celonis forward.

The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner in our EPH team, you will work closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to design and execute strategic recruiting and employer branding initiatives for the North-American region. Your responsibilities will encompass to engage in university partnerships, career fairs, and collaborative projects to build a strong pipeline of early career talent for Celonis.

The Work You’ll Do:

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for early career professionals, focusing on college/university students and recent graduates.
  • Develop and execute inclusive sourcing and recruiting strategies for internships, graduate programs, and entry-level positions.
  • Leverage various talent attraction channels, including Handshake, LinkedIn and university career fairs.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Actively drive our conversion rate (intern to Full-Time-Employee).

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a high-touch, engaging experience for all candidates by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the Talent Coordination team to optimize interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including program managers, HR, Compensation & Benefits, and business unit leaders, to align recruitment efforts with Celonis' strategic goals.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions and improve talent acquisition strategies.

Recruitment Process Excellence:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of your strategies and continuously improve your approach.
  • Utilize Celonis' ATS and sourcing tools to maintain a streamlined and data-driven recruitment process.

Campus Events & Engagement:

  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in virtual and in-person campus recruitment events, including career fairs, info sessions, company presentations, and networking events.
  • Partner with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations to increase brand visibility and build relationships with students.
  • Partner with the Hiring Managers to meet their graduate talent demand. 
  • Organize and facilitate events like on-campus interviews, and case study challenges to engage potential candidates.
  • Facilitate internal webinars for interns and office career events for prospects to inform about graduation opportunities in Celonis North America.
  • Act as the main point of contact for university partners, ensuring alignment on recruitment goals, event execution, and feedback loops.
  • Partner with Handshake to leverage the platform for talent pipelining. 

Data & Reporting:

  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as application sources, candidate feedback, and time-to-hire.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve the recruitment strategy and overall process.

The qualifications you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, handling end-to-end recruiting life cycle, campus recruitment, or a related field, ideally with a focus on early professional recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of the North American university landscape, including key recruiting events, top universities, and student organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse, Handshake, LinkedIn Recruiter and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • Passion for early talent development and employer branding.
