Executive Assistant to Co-CEO

The Role:
We are seeking a highly professional and dynamic Executive Assistant, based in our NYC Office with previous experience supporting a CEO/CFO/COO in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
As the Executive Assistant to our Co-CEO and Co-Founder, you will partner and collaborate with your counterpart EA based in Munich to ensure seamless, around-the-clock support. You will also work closely with Celonis Leadership team, Clients, and other internal and external parties as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to the Co-CEO in New York. You are someone who thrives under pressure, loves working in a fast-paced environment, has a growth mindset, and is genuinely passionate about enabling Executives. You are precise, highly detailed and with a polished and respectful approach to interactions.

The work you’ll do:
- Provide outstanding EA support, including detailed calendar management, expense report management, and complex domestic & international travel coordination.
- Coordinate and manage client meetings and interactions on behalf of the Co-CEO.
- Manage, prioritize, and draft incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, including attendee management, materials preparation, room set-up, and issue resolution.
- Assist in creating and editing documents and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Strategic alignment, coordination, management, and delivery of inflight projects working with multiple teams across all areas of the business.
- Identify, propose, and implement solutions to enhance the Co-CEO's daily and ongoing operations.
- There will be some travel expected with the role on an adhoc basis.
The experience you need:
- You will have a minimum of 7 years working as an Executive Assistant, including experience supporting at C-Suite.
- Full fluency in English (written and oral), German is a plus.
- Ability to quickly understand complex information and context.
- Proven track record of coordinating complex international and domestic travel, strategically scheduling high-impact meetings, ensuring seamless logistics, and optimal time management.
- Excellent organization skills whilst seeking to improve processes at all times.
- Superb attention to detail with the ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy.
- Comfortable providing structure within an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
- Experience in supporting both internal and external project management and delivery.
- Advanced Google Suite + Microsoft Office skills.
- Working with discretion, maturity and consistency.
- Demonstrated sense of initiative and ownership.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and high-level communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Flexibility to provide support during off-hours as needed in a truly international environment.

Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.
$100,000 - $135,000 USD
