Working Student Product Management - Emerging Use Cases

The Team:

The Emerging Use Cases team focuses on two key areas:

1. Enabling partners in the Celonis Platform Apps Program to build best-in-class apps and create their companies on top of the Celonis platform.
2. Documenting, curating, and scaling process knowledge to make it accessible to our Go-to-Market teams, while maturing and optimizing the processes around this knowledge sharing.

We are a team of Celonis enthusiasts driven to simplify the lives of Celonauts and deliver long-term value to our customers. By pushing the boundaries of our platform, we create scalable solutions that empower Celonauts and customers to tackle more industries, processes, source systems, and use cases.

The Role:

As a working student in our team, your focus will be on scaling process knowledge. You will contribute to enhancing our frameworks, maturing related processes, and enabling others to share and access this knowledge effortlessly. This is a unique opportunity to have a major impact on Celonis as a company and the value we deliver to our customers.

The work you’ll do:

• Work closely with Celonauts to understand their pain points regarding process knowledge and identify gaps in documentation.
• Create and update our process knowledge framework in a FISA manner (Focus, Invent, Simplify, Act) to keep it simple yet powerful.
• Leverage AI and innovate to simplify and scale processes for knowledge sharing and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal experts and stakeholders to ensure knowledge accessibility and usability.
• Explore and leverage the capabilities of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to create cutting-edge solutions for scaling knowledge.

The qualifications you need:

• Student of Mathematics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a comparable program.
• First experiences in data analytics or Business Intelligence.
• First experiences in working with databases.
• Programming and ETL experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and think outside the box.
• Strong communication skills and a keen interest in interacting with customers and experts within our organization.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (German is a plus).
