About Celonis Academy:

Join the Celonis Academy team and help empower individuals to succeed with Celonis through impactful learning experiences. We manage the Celonis Academy training platform and develop engaging online and instructor-led training programs.

You will be part of the Instructor-led Training Team, responsible for direct engagement with external stakeholders. This includes developing enablement journeys and delivering training. Our instructors are subject matter experts with practical experience in Celonis Process Mining across various industries and use cases. They create and deliver course content, answer questions, and provide support to learners through lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and group discussions. Our team is global and collaborative.

The Role:
As a Training Specialist, you will become an expert in Celonis Process Mining Technology, providing hands-on training to our partners and customers, primarily focusing on the North American region. You will gain insights into diverse use cases and value generation for various companies while using the Celonis Platform. You will contribute to improving our training approach through quality assurance programs and measuring training impact. You will also develop creative training methods and enhance the training program based on feedback. Additionally, you will coordinate training with internal stakeholders and create inspiring training materials. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver targeted training and stay at the cutting edge of Celonis.

We are looking for a candidate with technical training experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English. You will work closely with our global team, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to our high standards.

The work you’ll do:

  • Coordinate and lead live enablement workshops.
  • Develop and deliver customized enablement journeys.
  • Consult with partners and customers on using the Celonis Platform to generate value for their organizations.
  • Develop innovative enablement approaches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to understand their enablement needs.

The qualifications you need:

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Business Informatics, Business Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering training to diverse audiences.
  • Passion for learning, knowledge transfer, Big Data, and Data Analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to quickly learn new topics and concepts.
  • Desire to think creatively and continuously expand your knowledge.
  • Experience evaluating complex data and working with intricate processes.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
