The Italian Marketing team fuels customer success and market growth by building and increasing brand awareness, accelerating pipeline -- both independently and with our partners -- and cultivating a customer community of change makers. We amplify success stories through targeted campaigns and customer advocacy and drive engagement across industries, personas, and the entire customer journey, from prospecting to renewals. We work closely with the regional sales teams as well as with the extended marketing team and plan, create and execute demand generation programs and activities.

The Role:


Are you ready to be part of the fastest-growing technology company in Italy? In this exciting role within our central Field Marketing function, you’ll play a key part in shaping and executing high-impact marketing initiatives that fuel our business growth. As a member of the Field Marketing team in Italy, you will be hands-on in rolling out regional programs—from field events and industry campaigns to tailored account-based marketing strategies—driving pipeline generation and supporting the sales organization.

You'll contribute to the full demand generation cycle: from planning and researching to execution and post-campaign follow-up. You’ll collaborate closely with regional sales and extended marketing teams to bring these initiatives to life and help accelerate Celonis' expansion in Italy.

This position is based in our Milan office, Via Giuseppe Mazzini, 9, 20123 Milano. Become a fully integrated member of our Field Marketing team and help shape the future of Celonis in Italy!

 

The work you’ll do:

  • Campaign Localization & Execution: support the implementation and localization of global campaigns for the Italian market, ensuring local relevance and alignment with buyer personas
  • Content Adaptation: assist in translating and localizing marketing assets into italian. This includes reviewing, adapting, or creating compelling copy for campaigns, events, and programs in Italy
  • Digital Channel Support : Work closely with the global digital marketing team to help deploy Italian-language campaigns across digital channels such as email and LinkedIn
  • Global-to-Local Execution : Coordinate with global program leads to bring the local flavor to global campaigns, adapting content and messaging to resonate in the region
  • Brand & Messaging Consistency : Partner with corporate marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all localized and adapted marketing materials
  • Sales & Partner Alignment : Collaborate with regional sales and partner teams to promote, execute, and follow up on marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Engage regularly with regional marketing peers to exchange best practices and align activities with the broader marketing organization.

The qualifications you need:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • +3 years experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in marketing or campaign execution
  • Demonstrates proactiveness, creativity, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills to bring ideas to life through impactful, multi-channel campaigns
  • Motivated to build a long-term career in marketing
  • Strong language skills, with excellent written and spoken Italian and English
  • Ability to translate and adapt marketing assets to align with local market tone, culture, and messaging
  • Basic hands-on experience supporting field events such as roundtables, trade shows, webinars, or other marketing activities
