Solutions Marketing Director

Madrid, Spain

We're Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology and one of the world's fastest-growing SaaS firms. We believe there is a massive opportunity to unlock productivity by placing data and intelligence at the core of business processes - and for that, we need you to join us.

The Team:

The Celonis Product Marketing team leads positioning and marketing for our products and solutions globally, working across the full customer lifecycle to tell the story of our technology. We are the bridge from company strategy to product strategy to sales and go-to-market to the customers who use our product every day.

We are a tight-knit team of strategic, adaptable leaders who drive results in a complex environment, high-growth company, and fast-changing market.

The Role:

The Director of Solutions Marketing leads one of the two groups within Celonis Product Marketing. Solutions Marketing owns positioning, messaging, and marketing for our portfolio of solutions and apps for departmental domains (such as supply chain and finance), industry verticals (such as banking and automotive), and initiatives (such as enterprise modernization and sustainability).

You will lead a team of Solutions Marketing managers who work hand-in-hand with Product and Engineering, Value Engineering, Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing and Demand Generation, and other stakeholders across the company.

The work you’ll do:

The job of positioning our solutions is a complex one — as our platform expands beyond process mining into new technology categories, while our GTM grows into new markets and motions, and the industry as a whole shifts rapidly toward AI and other emerging technologies. Strategically messaging and positioning our solutions amid this sea change is critical to the success of our business in the age of AI.

We’re looking for someone who is ready to take on this challenge. Someone with a deep knowledge and passion for thinking about, talking about, and working on product positioning.

Success in this role is measured by:

  • Delivery of effective product marketing assets such as positioning documents, pitch decks, demos, and analyst briefings
  • Enablement and adoption of those assets by our go-to-market teams
  • Impactful product launches, marketing campaigns, and events that generate awareness, demand, and accelerate sales opportunities for our solutions
  • Delivery of programs that support customer adoption and success, drive new revenue and partnership motions, and elevate our solutions’ standing in the market

Each Solutions Marketer on your team owns these workstreams for their areas, acting as the CMO for their set of solutions.

This role reports to the Vice President of Integrated Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own and shape our portfolio of solutions for domains, industries, and initiatives end-to-end, in alignment with our Product Management teams
  • Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions and scales globally
  • Develop and own the strategy for delivering solutions messaging across the customer lifecycle, from the first touchpoint to the purchase to successful product use
  • Develop clear, compelling, and resonant product marketing assets, including pitch decks, demos, keynotes and presentations, and analyst briefings
  • Define the go-to-market approach for our solutions and support GTM enablement and execution, collaborating with Sales, Value Engineering, and other teams
  • Work closely with Marketing teams such as Campaigns, Content, Events, and Field Marketing to work as a subject matter expert for the creation of Marketing assets, tactics, and experiences that generate and accelerate sales pipeline for our solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of your buyers and users — their profile, needs, drivers, organizational setups, and purchasing patterns
  • Master the market through sales engagement, market research, and competitive intelligence
  • Be an expert on our platform, capabilities, and use cases
  • Be a thought leader for our solutions, speaking at Celonis and third-party events, press and analyst engagements, and appearing on webinars, videos for social media, etc.

The qualifications you need:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software product marketing, product managements management, and/or sales
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for mastering and navigating complex market dynamics
  • Technical background and depth to understand our platform and translate its value
  • Superb presentation, communication, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work at both a strategic/conceptual level as well as detail-oriented action and execution
  • A logical and analytical mind, with an enthusiasm for connecting dots between ideas
  • A strong sense of leadership and ownership for your initiatives, projects, and team
  • The agility and flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • A consistent track record of delivering measurable results

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
