The Team:
Our Human Resources Management team manages the full employee lifecycle for employees in the EMEA region. Together with the People & Culture Centers of Excellence, we develop people processes to guarantee the best employee experience and support every Celonaut throughout their journey.
The Role:
You will gain hands-on experience across the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will act as the first point of contact for new hires, supporting them throughout our
automated onboarding process. Once onboarded, you will help Celonauts with questions related to their employment and People Operations processes.
In this role, you will support both local and global People Operations activities in a dynamic, international environment. You will collaborate closely with experienced HR Business Partners, HR Country Leads, and global People Operations stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to work with colleagues across People & Culture teams on cross-departmental initiatives, gaining a holistic understanding of HR operations in a fast-growing tech company.
The work you’ll do:
- Work with all onboarding stakeholders (new Celonauts, internal IT, HR Operations, Payroll, and Global Onboarding teams) to ensure a smooth local onboarding experience
- Support global onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and data accuracy
- Support visa and relocation processes for future Celonauts
- Act as a first-level support contact for employee inquiries related to People Operations and HR processes
- Support and consult interns and working students throughout their employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday or similar), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Assist with process improvement and compliance-related initiatives, including HR documentation and internal processes
- Gain insight into HR processes within a fast-growing high-tech company
The qualifications you need:
- Student of business administration, economics, psychology or of a comparable program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources (at least in your third semester)
- Be engaged, reliable and have a great perception of details and work extremely service-oriented
- Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with employees
- Ideally knowledge in Human Resources.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English.
- At least 6 months of availability
