About the Role

As a Senior Services & Solutions Architect at Celonis, you will play a dual role in our customers' transformation journeys. You will be the primary technical lead, responsible for both the strategic delivery of process insights and the architectural foundation required to make those insights possible.

In this hybrid capacity, you aren't just building dashboards; you are designing the end-to-end technical pipeline. You will bridge the gap between complex IT infrastructure and high-level business value, ensuring that our Process Mining technology is seamlessly integrated and delivering measurable ROI for the largest enterprises in Korea.

The Work You’ll Do

Services Delivery 

• Lead Implementation Projects: Drive agile project teams to transform raw customer data into process insights, from ETL through building of analytical dashboards and solutions (AI, automation) 
• Business Consulting: Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications across domains like Finance (P2P, O2C), Supply Chain, and Procurement.
• Advanced Analytics: Build and deploy innovative operational apps enriched with AI/ML algorithms to automate manual business tasks.

Solutions Architecture & Technical Onboarding

• Technical Onboarding: Act as the first point of contact for technical stakeholders to design the Celonis architecture within the customer’s ecosystem.
• Data Integration: Establish real-time integrations between source systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Celonis via APIs, ETL pipelines, and Data Streaming.
• Security & Identity: Advise on user management, authentication (SSO/LDAP), and IT security compliance to ensure a friction-less rollout.
• Infrastructure Strategy: Evaluate customer environments (Cloud vs. On-Premise) to propose solutions that unblock deployment bottlenecks.

The Qualifications You Need

• Experience: 5+ years in Data Engineering, IT Consulting, or Solutions Architecture, with direct experience in a SaaS or Big Data environment.
• Technical Core: Expert proficiency in SQL and ETL processes is essential. Python knowledge and experience with Agentic Agents/MCP servers are also very helpful. 
• Architectural Knowledge: Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, data pipelines, data pipelines and experience with ETL processes for large data volumes. 
• Business Process Acumen: Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and core business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).
• Languages: Native fluency in Korean and professional English are required for this role to support our local market and global collaboration.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
