Associate Principal Product Manager - Networks

As part of the Product Management organization, we develop the platform that drives the next generation of enterprise intelligence and process improvement. We are a team of product enthusiasts who like to push the boundaries of the status quo and drive the product forward with innovative thinking.

The Data Foundation & Networks team is dedicated to revolutionizing how businesses connect and collaborate. Our mission is to create a seamless, efficient ecosystem that streamlines processes for our clients. Because data integration is the bedrock of our platform, our team focuses on building the pipelines that allow different enterprise ecosystems to securely ingest, manage, and share critical data at scale.

The role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Principal Product Manager to lead our Networks initiative. This exciting solution aims to transform how businesses interact with their partners, suppliers, and customers by enabling them to share data securely and efficiently.

You will be responsible for defining the platform vision and strategy for our Networks product. To succeed, you need a deep technical DNA combined with expertise in data sharing and business networks. You will transform technical complexity into seamless "plug-and-play" data-sharing experiences for the world’s largest enterprises leveraging Celonis Intelligence.

The work you'll do

• Define the vision, build, and execute the roadmap for our Networks product aligned with broader business goals.
• Partner closely with engineering to optimize ingestion capabilities so network participants can share massive enterprise datasets smoothly.
• Work directly with customers, engineering teams, and the go-to-market organization to deeply understand the data-sharing needs of network participants.
• Leverage your domain expertise in modern ETL/ELT landscapes to identify key product features, integration points, and collaborative use cases.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Networks, championing its data-sharing features, security protocols, and value proposition both internally and externally.
• Establish partnerships with key players in the network ecosystem to foster innovation, navigate complex third-party data architectures, and drive platform adoption.
• Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, evaluating feature adoption and data throughput to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

The qualifications you need

• 6+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of data ingestion patterns and protocols.
• Demonstrable aptitude for learning and understanding complex business processes and challenges.
• Ability to hold your own in architectural discussions with Engineering while simplifying those concepts for C-level executives.
• Proven track record of crafting vision and strategy for complex enterprise software products and successfully launching them to market.
• Strong analytical skills with a love for using data to optimize system performance and drive actionable product decisions.
• Exceptional ability to influence without authority and tell a compelling story about the "why" behind the "what."

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business to connect technical network performance to broad enterprise ROI.
• Familiarity or experience with modern data management tools like Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Direct experience with supply chain platforms, major cloud ecosystems, and navigating complex ERP architectures.
