CHP - Provider Development Associate/Recruiting Associate- Hybrid -TX Area

We have an exciting opportunity for a Provider Development Associate in the Texas area.   

We are seeking a FT Provider Development Associate/Talent Acquisition Associate to join Centerline HealthCare Partners.  Responsibilities include:

• Sources/Recruits Physician and provider candidates who qualify for positions in the post acute space (SNF, NF, AL, IL).
• Advertises job opportunities and makes recommendations on how to market jobs that align with best practice recruitment methods.
• Performs initial interviews to determine candidate suitability for placement.
• Initiates and reviews physician and providers background checks with OIG and state board of medicine to ensure candidates are of highest caliber.
• Supports hiring managers to determine position needs, requirements, preferences, and interviewing.
• Candidate will be required to travel intermittently to meet with and/or source potential candidates.

Requirements Include:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare recruiting
• Bachelors degree
• 1 year experience sourcing Physicians, preferably in the post-acute space
