
Talent Acquisition Coordinator (contract position)
Description of Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive (contract) Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining accurate recruitment data. The ideal candidate is very organized, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and recruitment records
- Post job openings to various job boards and internal platforms
- Assist HR Team with resume screening and candidate follow-up
- Coordinate background checks and reference checks
- Prepare and send offer letters and other hiring documents
- Support onboarding activities as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and deadlines

Ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS)

Prior experience coordinating recruitment in a high-volume or fast-paced environment strongly preferred

Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
Compensation
The hourly range for this position is $35.00 to $50.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and job knowledge.
Contractors engaged through Centessa are employed through a third-party agency that serves as the employer of record and provides access to a comprehensive benefits package.
