Sr. Demand Generation Manager

We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own the strategy and execution of expansion and cross-sell programs across our customer base. This role is responsible for managing cross-channel programs across all product lines, collaborating closely with Marketing leaders, Sales, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled full-funnel demand programs in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or data-driven tech company, bringing a mix of strategy, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. This role will report into the Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Ops.
Key Accountabilities:
- Define strategy for, manage, and optimize the execution of Customer demand generation campaigns across both Marketing and cross-functional channels
- Own Marketing’s cross-sell pipeline targets, and regularly report on pipeline health to both Marketing and Executive leadership
- Scale net revenue retention and expansion efforts across the customer base
- Clearly define key customer targeting segments with a focus on maturity-based and behavior-based triggers for outreach
- Collaborate closely with our partners in Sales, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success to develop effective cross-functional conversion strategy across all campaigns
- Collaborate with agency partners and Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing teams on campaign execution
- Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance and ROI to key stakeholders
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 8-10+ years of experience in Demand Gen and/or Customer Marketing roles
- Proven success owning pipeline goals
- Ability to multi-task and manage across multiple simultaneous programs
- Strong communication skills and collaborative excellency
- B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Healthtech experience preferred

Base Salary Range
$125,000 - $135,000 USD
