Product Manager, Data Products

Remote - US

CentralReach is a leading provider of autism and IDD care software for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), multidisciplinary therapy, and special education. Trusted by more than 200,000 users, we enable therapy providers, educators, and employers to scale the way they deliver ABA and related therapies with innovative technology, market-leading industry expertise, and world-class customer satisfaction.

CentralReach’s Data Products team is seeking a Product Manager to own Advanced BI (“ABI”), our embedded business intelligence suite that empowers ABA and IDD organizations to run smarter, more profitable practices. ABI is an award-winning analytics offering, recognized with a Bronze Stevie Award and is a core part of CentralReach’s data product portfolio.

The Data Products team is a startup operating inside CentralReach. We are establishing our own playbook and processes as we build. You will inherit an existing ABI roadmap. Your job is to own it, pressure test it against customer reality and our new data product strategy and rebuild it into something you stand behind. You will serve as the connective tissue between our customers, engineering and go-to-market teams and grow into a strategic leader as the team scales.

We are looking for someone with low patience for heavy process and high ownership mentality. If you move fast, communicate opinions clearly, and stay relentlessly focused on the customer, you will thrive here. We believe AI tools are changing what great product management looks like and we want someone who believes that too. Not as a productivity bonus, but as a fundamentally different way to move from idea to delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap

  • Support the ABI product roadmap and communicate it clearly to engineering, go-to-market and executive stakeholders
  • Ground roadmap decisions in customer evidence. Validate priorities through discovery before committing to build
  • Define and track the metrics that indicate whether ABI is delivering real value to customers and the business
  • Identify opportunities to deepen the relationship between ABI and other existing and future data products in our portfolio
  • Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, spec writing, and competitive analysis that would otherwise take weeks into days

Customer and Market Understanding

  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with ABA practice owners, billing managers, and clinical leaders to surface unmet needs
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative research into well-defined problems and prioritized product investments
  • Represent the voice of the customer in all product decisions, including sprint planning, prioritization and roadmap reviews
  • Develop and maintain a clear view of the competitive landscape for BI in healthcare

Execution and Delivery

  • Establish lightweight but durable processes that keep delivery moving without creating unnecessary overhead. Optimize workflow and remove inefficient processes.
  • Own the product backlog for ABI: write epics and user stories, prioritize ruthlessly and accept work against clear acceptance criteria
  • Build and maintain standardized dashboards for broad customer use and support custom dashboards tailored to specific customer needs, knowing when each approach is appropriate
  • Drive sprint planning and execution with engineering, proactively surfacing and removing blockers
  • Automate the routine: release notes, documentation drafts, and internal communications
  • Maintain clear release communications for internal teams and customers, including release notes, training materials and product documentation

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience

  • 5+ years in product management, with direct ownership of a data analytics, BI or reporting product
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute a product roadmap for a live, customer-facing product
  • Hands-on experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Sisense, Tableau or Looker
  • Proven track record of shipping in a continuous development environment and managing competing priorities
  • Experience working in healthcare SaaS or EHR/EMR; ABA or behavioral health familiarity is a strong plus

Domain Knowledge

  • Understanding of healthcare data management, including operational and financial workflows, revenue cycle and regulatory considerations (HIPAA, FERPA)
  • Working knowledge of data pipelines, semantic layers, and governed data architecture (you don’t need to build it, but you need to understand it well enough to partner with engineers who do)

Personal Attributes

  • Energized by ambiguity and have a bias for action. You have probably built something before the full support structure existed and are comfortable doing it again
  • Comfortable presenting product strategy, roadmap tradeoffs, and performance results to senior leadership
  • Earns trust though clarity, speed and follow-through
  • Curious and rigorous: you challenge assumptions (including your own) and look for the evidence before committing
  • Comfortable operating in a team that is still building its processes and structures
  • Committed to the mission: you care about what CentralReach’s customers do and why it matters

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
