As an Account Executive, Education, you will drive growth across CentralReach's education portfolio, including CR Assessments, CR LiftEd, SILAS, and CR Institute. Partnering with K-12 school districts and educational organizations, you will help administrators and educators address real-world challenges with solutions that improve outcomes for students, families, and schools.
We're seeking a consultative sales professional who understands the education landscape and is passionate about helping school leaders solve complex challenges. The ideal candidate brings experience working in or selling to K-12 organizations, is comfortable engaging district and school-level stakeholders, and excels at building trusted relationships that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiations, and close.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through strategic outbound outreach, referrals, networking, conferences, and inbound opportunities.
- Develop deep expertise across CentralReach's Education product suite, including CR Assessments, CR LiftEd, SILAS, and CR Institute.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs of school districts, administrators, and educational stakeholders.
- Partner with prospective customers to understand their goals, challenges, budget considerations, timelines, and decision-making processes.
- Establish trusted relationships with district leaders, special education administrators, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, customer interactions, and pipeline activity within Salesforce.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Leverage sales tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Gong to drive productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Represent CentralReach at customer meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Travel up to 20% as needed for customer engagement and industry events.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Required: Experience working in or selling to K-12 school districts, educational service agencies, or other education organizations.
- Strongly preferred: Experience selling to or supporting special education programs and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success managing a consultative sales process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong presentation, discovery, and product demonstration skills.
- Experience navigating complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales technologies.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Naturally curious and committed to understanding customer challenges, the education market, and evolving product capabilities.
- Comfortable adapting to change and thriving in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Passion for helping schools improve outcomes for students, educators, and families through innovative technology solutions.

Base Salary Range
$85,000 - $95,000 USD
