Sr. Product Manager - CR Essentials

CentralReach Essentials is the leading all-in-one AI-powered autism and IDD care platform specifically designed for small and startup therapy providers. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to help grow and evolve this product as we expand our revenue cycle, practice management and clinical capabilities. 

This role is designed for a Senior Product Manager who is comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution. You will leverage your experience in revenue cycle and/or claim management products to contribute to the CR Essentials product direction while owning end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across the platform. Success in this role requires navigating ambiguity, deeply understanding real-world clinic workflows, and building solutions that work across disciplines without compromising CentralReach’s ABA strengths. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Partner with Product Leadership to help define and evolve the CR Essentials product strategy, particularly around RCM and practice management 
  • Own execution for key areas of the CR Essentials roadmap, from discovery through delivery 
  • Help balance the complex needs of care practices while delivering a lightweight, user-friendly experience for our users 
  • Translate complex clinical, operational, and billing workflows into clear, scalable product solutions 
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Billing, Customer Success, and Support teams 
  • Define and track success metrics focused on operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer impact 
  • Leverage AI tools in your work and partner with internal AI experts to evolve our AI-based product capabilities 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 5-8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in claims management, healthcare or workflow-intensive B2B software 
  • Strong understanding of practice management and claims or payer workflows, including scheduling, authorizations, billing, and reporting 
  • Experience supporting or designing for healthcare and billing professionals 
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in product management and developing AI-based product capabilities 
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and influence outcomes through strong product judgment and execution 
  • Preferred candidates will have direct experience in the RCM / Claims Management domain 

This role plays a critical part in ensuring CentralReach can support therapy practices of all sizes across the country and empower those therapists to have a meaningful impact on the lives of their patients.

Base Salary Range

$150,000 - $180,000 USD
