  • Ensure configuration accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal standards across a growing caseload.

Implementation & Readiness Support

  1. Support Implementation Managers and Professional Services teams by completing configuration tasks aligned to implementation plans and readiness gates.
  • Assist with foundational and pre-go-live setup for customers who may not yet be fully operational.
  • Ensure configuration milestones are completed in alignment with delivery timelines and go-live readiness.
  • Maintain accurate configuration documentation and change logs.
  • Triage configuration issues and risks, escalating what cannot be resolved independently.

Operational Excellence

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of configuration standards, templates, and internal playbooks.

  • Support scalability by enabling repeatable, efficient setup processes across customer segments.
