New Site Opening Manager

Position Summary
The New Site Opening Manager is a highly organized and motivated individual. This position is responsible for overseeing the smooth and successful staging and openings of new facilities that provide services to clients with autism spectrum disorder. For key decisions regarding matters of significance in the scope of this role, this individual will exercise independent decision making. This individual will collaborate with leadership to keep them apprised and ensure alignment in those decisions as well as escalate when support is needed.
Success Measures
Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, flawless execution of tasks, positive customer service experience for team members, and opening facilities within designated budget. Success also includes timely opening of centers, ensuring facility readiness for operations to take over, and risk mitigation during the opening/staging process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Develop, implement, and manage the project plan for opening new autism treatment facilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and other external parties to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor and track various project components, including budgeting, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
- Facility Preparation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess the site's suitability for autism treatment facilities.
- Coordinate and own the planning with various departments, including clinical, administrative, and information technology (IT), to ensure all operational aspects are functional and ready prior to the site's opening.
- Coordinate the procurement and installation of necessary supplies, equipment, and technology required for daily operations.
- Develop and design the site utilization plan for each new facility.
- Manage the external staging team and contractors during the lead up to the site opening.
- Be the boots on the ground liaison for all internal and external parties during the staging process.
Pay Rate
$70,000 - $90,000 per year
Bonus potential of 10% annually paid base on personal and company performance
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, construction, or a related field
Work Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings, preferred
- Multi-site project management experience, preferred
Equipment and Technology Requirements
- Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
- Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)

Working Conditions
- Approximately 80% of the time will be spent traveling.
- This role will require occasional non-traditional work hours (i.e., evenings and weekends) to accomplish objectives.
- Flexible travel schedule is required as projects arise and priorities shift.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
