Area Director of Clinical Services
The Area Director of Clinical Services (ADCS) primary responsibilities include providing leadership to their team of Directors of Clinical Services to ensure the quality care provided to our clients is aligned to the values of the organization and the client. The ADCS will collaborate with the Area Operations Director to drive growth, oversee performance standard metrics, ensure high-quality clinical services and client progress. The Area Director of Clinical Services will serve as the highest decision-maker for escalated clinical matters in their area. This role will oversee all Centria Autism and Life Skills Autism Academy locations in the Portland metropolitan area.

- This role will oversee all Centria centers and Life Skills Autism Academy locations in the area
- Driving Client Progress utilizing internal tools to review client data, documentation, treatment plans and related metrics
- Provide case support and supervision to your Directors of Clinical Services
- Drive clinical quality through performance management and development of your Directors of Clinical Service
- Provide guidance, mentorship and professional development to your team of Director of Clinical Service
- Work closely with the Area Operations Director to drive growth, expand service offerings and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to problem solve and implement process improvements
- Attend and present at local conferences, support Centria marketing efforts, and represent Centria by engaging with the local behavior analytic community
- Assist the Vice President of Clinical Services in the coordination of diagnostic evaluations/re-evaluations by Licensed Psychologists in their area
- Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelines
- Completed 8-hour supervision course or willing to complete within first 30 days of employment
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable
- 5-7 years working with children and autism spectrum disorders in a clinical supervisor capacity
- 3 or more years of experience in clinical leadership and supervision of BCBAs
- Crisis management experience is preferred
- Competency with implementing PFA/SBT and assent-based practices, preferred
Working Conditions
Additional time or occasional shift in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
