Location: Albuquerque, NM
Compensation: $90,000–$112,000 per year plus bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Daytime Hours Only

At Life Skills Autism Academy, a program of Centria Autism, we specialize in helping children ages 2–6 on the autism spectrum develop critical life skills through center-based ABA therapy. We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our clinical team as a Clinical Director in a warm, school-like setting designed specifically for early intervention.

What You’ll Do
As a BCBA Clinical Director, you’ll ensure the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of our ABA services while leading a collaborative and passionate clinical team.
Clinical Leadership
- Supervise and support Supervising Clinicians (BCBAs)
- Monitor treatment fidelity and client outcomes
- Review and provide feedback on assessments, programs, and progress reports
- Lead clinical meetings and case reviews
Mentorship & Development
- Coach and develop Supervising Clinicians and RBTs
- Support onboarding and education for new hires
- Deliver clinical education sessions and skill-building workshops
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with your Area Director on staff allocation and caseload planning
- Participate in company-wide clinical initiatives and leadership forums
- Ensure compliance with Centria’s best practices and clinical standards

What You’ll Need
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience supervising BCBA-level clinicians (preferred)
- Passion for early intervention and evidence-based ABA
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
