- Recruit superb talent through job boards, social media, school sites, and various platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to determine candidate viability.
- Educate candidates on the benefits of Centria Healthcare.
- Monitor calendars and assign interviews to other relevant hiring managers.
- Send offer letters, negotiate salaries, and gather preliminary paperwork from candidates.
- Attend job fairs as directed to represent Centria.
- Refresh and post job advertisements on job boards.
- Use both warm and cold touchpoints to build a pipeline in specific territories.
- Report on daily, weekly, and overall metrics.
- Build pipelines of talent to reduce the time to fill vacancy metrics.
- Build strong relationships with passive candidates.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
Qualifications:
Education/Licenses
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Work Experience
Experience as a sourcing professional or full-cycle recruiter in a fast-paced environment
Equipment and Technology Requirements
- Laptop
- G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)
- Microsoft Excel
- Greenhouse ATS, preferred
- LinkedIn, preferred
- Social Media platforms, preferred
- Meeting scheduling platforms, i.e., Zoom, Google Meet, preferred

- Exceptional sourcing and research experience utilizing an extensive toolbox;

- Superb communications skills, both written and verbal in the English language;
- Collaborative and warm personality with a proven track record in building positive relationships with clients;
- Ability to interact professionally, remain calm and effective with internal and external clients at all levels during and out of high-stress situations;
- Strong affinity for building rapport with candidates, explaining complicated information in an approachable and easily understood manner, effectively handling challenging phone conversations, and representing the Centria brand;
- Results-driven with the aptitude to apply critical thinking skills, problem-solving, analysis, sound judgment, and strong negotiation skills;
- Proven adaptability with a willingness to work both collaboratively and individually to achieve desired business outcomes;
- Flexible with the ability to accept unique and non-standard solutions;
- Demonstrated strong work ethic with attention to detail, accuracy, and quality;
- Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks, adhere to established deadlines, and produce work that consistently meets or exceeds team benchmarks;
- Proficiency in PC software.
Working Conditions
- Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Additional time or occasional shifts in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
