Centria Healthcare is seeking compassionate, professional, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team in the White Lake area.

About the Role:

We have an urgent need for five (5) Home Health Aides to provide care for a lovely, mature woman who was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident. She is currently wearing a cervical collar and has lifting restrictions as she recovers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Provide mobility support while ensuring safety
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Follow the care plan and adhere to all medical guidelines

Requirements:

  • HHA or CNA certification (preferred but not required)
  • Prior experience in home health or caregiving (preferred)
  • Ability to perform non-lifting support tasks
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor
  • Must be able to pass a background check
