Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a home setting
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care
  • Educate families on disease management and home care best practices

Requirements:

  • Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in home healthcare, pediatrics, or critical care (preferred but not required)
  • Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing high-quality care

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills – Strong oral and written abilities.
  • Attention to Detail – Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using computers, tablets, and software for electronic charting.
  • State Licensed – Must hold a current RN or LPN license.
  • Reliable & Responsible – Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
  • Health Requirements Met – Current negative TB test or chest X-ray, flu vaccine.
  • Certified in CPR – Up-to-date CPR certification required.
