Position Summary:
As a Client Service Manager, you’ll oversee in-home care delivery for clients with catastrophic injuries or illnesses. You’ll manage a team of healthcare professionals, coordinate logistics, support hiring and HR functions, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of healthcare professionals (Nurses, Aides, etc.)
  • Communicate regularly with clients and resolve issues promptly
  • Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and client needs
  • Source, interview, and onboard new staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed
  • Collaborate with operations, referral sources, and internal departments
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and company policies
  • Participate in on-call rotation (approx. once every 2 months)
  • Support business growth, process improvement, and referral satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles
  • Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and resolve issues under pressure
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and mentoring skills

Work Environment:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, with occasional extended hours
  • Some bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
  • Prolonged periods sitting, using computers, and viewing screens
