Practicum Administrator

Rate - $30-$33/HR + Annual Bonus of up to 20% of salary. HYBRID WORK OPTION AVAILABLE

Position Summary:

The Practicum Administrator assists in the administration of the Elevate Practicum Program. This role will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team. The administrator will manage the documentation of Clinical Apprentices and supervisors, process paperwork, and grant permissions in CareConnect to receive supervision. The Practicum Administrator also ensures compliance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) regulations and tracks the progression of Clinical Apprentices within the program.

The ideal individual for this role is extremely detail-oriented, a strict rule-follower, and enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment. They must be able to exercise sound judgment in various situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Send out supervisory contracts, monitor their completion, and upload them to CareConnect.
  2. Send out verification forms, monitor their completion, and upload them to CareConnect.
  3. Review the compliance of Clinical Apprentices on a weekly basis and help alert team members when an apprentice may not be compliant.
  4. Ensure that future supervisors are eligible to supervise Clinical Apprentices.
  5. Communicate with both Clinical Apprentices and supervisors via email and chat when they have questions.
  6. Maintain a calendar of group supervision of the Elevate Team.
  7. Prepare documents, presentations, agendas, and reports in support of organizational objectives.
  8. Draft and prepare correspondence related to Elevate.
  9. Use discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment to handle Elevate matters.
  10. Compliance with Centria’s Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws.
  11. Responsibility to report violations of Company policies or the Code of Conduct.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Work Experience 

  • 2+ years of related experience in an executive assistant role, medical billing assistant, medical scheduler, etc.

Equipment and Technology Requirements

  • Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Advanced Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)

  • Ability to communicate expressively and receptively

Working Conditions

  • Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Additional time or occasional shifts in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
