
IT Implementation Analyst

SALARY - $60,000 - $65,000/Annually
Position Summary
The IT Implementation Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and implementing technology solutions that support the company's business objectives through excellent communications and training skills. This role requires a combination of technical and business skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Success Measures
Success measures include adherence to Centria policies and meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess business needs and recommend technology solutions that support company objectives.
• Implement technology solutions including software.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
• Partner to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Train end-users on new software releases.
• Educate level 1 support representatives of upcoming releases to systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for implemented technology solutions.
• Compliance with Centria’s Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws.
• Responsibility to report violations of Company policies or the Code of Conduct.
Key Fiscal Responsibilities
This role has no budgetary control or financial oversight responsibilities.
Managerial Responsibilities
This role acts as an individual contributor with no direct reports.

Education
Bachelor's degree
Work Experience
At least 2 years of experience in clinical or operational roles while demonstrating high performance in current role.
Equipment and Technology Requirements
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Proficiency using laptop/desktop PC
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)

Working Conditions
• Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Additional time or occasional shift in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.
• This position will be expected to travel 10% - 20% of their working hours.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching and lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting a majority of the day as well as walking as standing when needed. This role will require close visual activity on multiple computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
