Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN

Job Title: Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN) – Consistent 12-Hour Day Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and music-loving nurse to join a dedicated home care team for a 23-year-old female client. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys a peaceful, one-on-one environment; the home is pet-free and managed by her very supportive mother. This client requires complex care, including tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube management, due to being a quadriplegic with restrictive lung disease and cerebral palsy. Staffing requires no male nurses. 

Care Requirements 

• Clinical Care: Expert management of a Ventilator, Tracheostomy (suctioning, site care) and G-Tube (feedings and medications).

• Supportive Family: The client’s mother is known for being exceptionally kind and easy to work with, fostering a respectful professional atmosphere.
• Pet-Free: This is a clean, allergen-free home with no pets.
• Stability: This is not a "floater" position. The schedule remains fixed and predictable unless a fellow nurse requests time off.

Schedule & Availability

We are looking to fill the following 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM shifts:

• Every other Saturday and Sunday
• Candidates may apply for all four days or a specific block of days.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN License.
• Direct experience with Trach, Vent and G-Tube care is required.
• Strong reliability and a desire for a long-term, stable placement.
