Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care

Location: Pinckney, MI
Setting: In-home, one-on-one care

Job Summary

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

Our client is an active 30-year-old man who is non-verbal but mobile. He enjoys staying engaged with the world around him, specifically through:

• Music: He has a deep love for music and enjoys listening to his favorite tracks.
• The Outdoors: He loves getting fresh air and spending time outside.

Clinical Needs

Candidates must be proficient and comfortable with the following:

• Tracheostomy Care: Monitoring and airway management.
• G-Tube Management: Feeding, medication administration, and site care.
• Mobility Assistance: While he is mobile, he requires a watchful eye to ensure safety during his activities.

Schedule & Availability

We are looking to fill a consistent 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour day) schedule. The open shifts are:

• Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
• Day, night, and weekend shifts
• Weekly pay + optional daily pay

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
