Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care

We have several rewarding private-duty cases across Mid-Michigan. Whether you prefer the energy of pediatrics or the precision of adult complex care, we have a shift that fits your schedule.

   Complex Adult Care

  • Lapeer (39-Year-Old Male):

    • Shifts: Days (6 AM – 7 PM, Fri–Sun) or Nights (9 PM – 6 AM, Sun–Thu).
    • The Vibe: Relaxed home with three friendly dogs.
    • Care: High-acuity support including Trach, Vent, G-Tube, and Catheter care. Morning shifts involve bathing and lifting.

  • Clio (56-Year-Old Male):

    • Shifts: 6 AM – 4 PM (Tuesday & Thursday).
    • The Vibe: Professional and attentive. Kyle is a quadriplegic who requires a dedicated caregiver to assist with daily living and medical appointments.
    • Care: Wound care, medication administration, bowel program, and use of a ceiling-track lift. Must be comfortable driving the family truck for doctor visits. (Male Nurses Only per patient request).

• Full-time and part-time shifts available

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
