Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Sr. Sourcer with a passion for finding top-tier talent through various channels. This individual will be responsible for sourcing candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, MedReps, Indeed, and others, ensuring we attract the best talent in the industry. In addition to sourcing, this role will support the coordination of interviews and administration of Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The Sr. Sourcer will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
This role is hybrid in our Sunnyvale office, coming into the office 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, MedReps, Indeed, and other relevant job boards and databases.
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines across various roles and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Administer Greenhouse (ATS), ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and optimization.
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of interviews, working with both candidates and internal teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Support additional administrative tasks related to recruitment and talent acquisition as needed.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of sourcing top-talent, with a strong background in managing Greenhouse (ATS)
- Proven experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, MedReps, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical technology industry is a plus.
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan. Compensation Range
$120,000 - $130,000 USD
