Position Overview:
Ceribell is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst who is eager to learn and grow. In this role, you’ll support our sales team and play a key part in making our sales processes smarter, more efficient, and more impactful.

What you'll do:
- Enable data-driven decisions: Build reports, dashboards, and run analyses to support forecasting, performance reviews, program evaluation
- Optimize sales systems and processes: Customize Salesforce, implement automation, and improve internal tools to streamline processes
- Collaborate with sales teams: Partner closely with territory managers to translate insights into action
- Assist in sales strategy projects: Contribute to initiatives like territory planning, quota setting and enablement tools
- Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, GTM team and HR to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support strategic initiatives: Help drive annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and compensation operations as the team scales
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or another quantitatively rigorous field
- 1-3 years of experience in an analytically-focused role, MedTech experience is a plus
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Salesforce or BI tools is preferred
- AI/Gemini experience or skills is a plus
- Curious, data-driven mindset with a passion for improving systems and processes
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excitement to roll up your sleeves and help build systems and strategies from the ground up
Compensation Range
$104,000 - $118,000 USD
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan. Note, the above description is not all-encompassing and Ceribell reserves the right to change or modify job duties and assignments at any time.
