The Regional Health Systems Manager plays a critical role in driving Ceribell’s growth across key regional IDNs, academic medical centers, and large health systems. This individual contributor position focuses on securing system-wide adoption and expanding utilization of Ceribell’s rapid EEG technology across multiple care settings.
Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to navigate complex decision-making structures, and a deep understanding of hospital operations. The Regional Health Systems Manager partners closely with Clinical Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure Ceribell’s solutions are effectively positioned, adopted, and integrated within customer workflows.
What you’ll do:
- Cultivate executive-level relationships within regional IDNs and health systems, engaging key stakeholders across clinical, administrative, and supply chain functions.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting through contracting, navigating multiple layers of decision-making to secure new business and system-wide adoption.
- Partner with internal teams including Clinical, Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and Market Access to align on strategy, messaging, and execution.
- Develop a strong understanding of each customer’s workflow, financial objectives, and patient care priorities to tailor Ceribell’s value proposition.
- Support new account onboarding by collaborating with clinical and implementation teams to ensure smooth integration and high user adoption.
- Maintain consistent visibility into territory pipeline, forecast accuracy, and account performance using Ceribell’s CRM (Salesforce) and analytics tools.
- Represent Ceribell at key industry events, clinical conferences, and strategic business meetings.
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance and professionalism in every customer interaction.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or clinical background preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years in medical device or capital equipment sales with a strong record of success in large hospital systems or IDNs.
- Strong preference for 5+ years of experience selling into the acute care setting (ICU/ED)
- Demonstrated experience managing long, consultative sales cycles and influencing multi-stakeholder decisions at the C-suite level.
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, purchasing processes, and reimbursement dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach and comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
Must reside within the assigned region and be willing to travel up to 60%.
Compensation: $185,000 Base, $325,000 OTE
Compensation Range
$185,000 - $325,000 USD
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
