Position Overview:
We are looking for a high-impact Technical Sourcer to partner with our Senior Recruiter focused on hiring within R&D. Your primary focus will be "top-of-funnel" activation—uncovering passive talent in highly specialized fields like Embedded Systems, Firmware Engineering, Software Engineering, and Data Science/Machine Learning. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, sharing the Ceribell story and building a diverse, high-quality pipeline for our most critical technical roles.
What you'll do:
- Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche MedTech/Engineering communities.
- Specialized Sourcing: Build talent maps for niche R&D roles, including Software Engineers Senior Firmware Engineers, Data Scientists.
- Initial Vetting: Conduct high-volume, initial screens to assess technical baseline, motivation, and cultural alignment with Ceribell’s mission.
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the Senior Recruiter to refine search strings, analyze market data, and adjust strategies based on real-time feedback.
- ATS Management: Maintain impeccable data integrity within Greenhouse, ensuring a seamless handoff to recruiters and a world-class candidate experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of the "tech stack", and can speak the language of Engineers.
- Sourcing Expertise: Mastery of Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outbound outreach that yields high response rates.
- Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with hardware/software co-design environments.
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
- Previous experience in MedTech, Medical Device, or Life Sciences is a major plus.
Compensation Range
$55 - $55 USD
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
