We’re seeking a highly motivated Commercial Events Coordinator to join and support the sales and marketing teams and help Ceribell to achieve our growth goals. You will report to the Senior Commercial Events Manager and provide daily support to the marketing and commercial teams.
Significant to your success is the ability to not only complete the tasks promptly and accurately, but also look for ways to contribute beyond that. This is a remote role and requires frequent travel (25-35%) to support national trade shows and regional events. Great attention to detail and solid planning/logistics skills are required. Ultimately, you will make a meaningful impact on our patients and growth and assist us in achieving our sales targets.
What you'll achieve:
- Create exceptional event planning from start to finish
- Understand event cycles and management functions, including; venue management, production coordination, hotel room blocks, vendor management, site inspections, and creative design and implementation
- Generate ideas for events
- Support staying within event budgets
- Ensure appropriate messaging to advance Ceribell cause
- Manage logistics and event venues
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Support sales with general admin tasks to assist in achieving team objectives and goals
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Other duties as assigned
- Stay up to date with new products and features
What you'll need to be successful:
- 4+ years of prior experience as a sales administrator or event coordinator with experience with remote and onsite event management including conferences and tradeshows
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce and Power BI),Google suite, MS Office, lead capture platforms
- Exceptional attention to details
- Solid planning/logistics skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience with event content development (i.e. developing topics for panel discussions, developing ideas for event content, identifying speakers)
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Strong communication skills
- An excellent collaborator, strong communicator, and is open to feedback and iteration
- Knowledge of medical device compliance regulations is preferred
- Ability to travel 25-35% of the year including some weekend travel
- Ability lift, push, pull up to 25 lbs at events
Compensation Range
$80,000 - $87,000 USD
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
