Position Overview:

The Associate Director, Sales Enablement, is responsible for supporting the development of the strategic plan and high-impact projects to deliver to E2E and senior business leaders of the organization. In this highly visible role, the AD, Sales Enablement, works across the Account Management and commercial organization to design, support, and drive ongoing strategies of Ceribell. The Associate Director, Sales Enablement, will report to the VP, Medical Education and Sales Enablement.. This role presents a unique opportunity to learn about the business/industry at the highest level, work on impactful projects that will change the trajectory of the organization, and be part of a high-caliber team. 

What you'll do:

  • Lead and execute sales programs through Regional Account Directors (RADs), focusing on provider targeting, ED expansion, EMR integration, and patient-first order sets.
  • Coach RADs and Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) on key activities, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic preparation.
  • Partner with RADs and RVPs to optimize regional plans, manage territory splits, and align Clinical Account Specialists (CAS).
  • Facilitate core Account Management processes, including VP leadership meetings, attrition/retention reviews, and RAD pulse calls.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to leverage data and partner with the Training department to track personnel performance and hiring quality.
  • Identify, design, and implement new processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as a change agent to influence the organization and instill a sense of urgency.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities (e.g., new segments, technologies, acquisitions, or partnerships) using a strategic framework and problem-solving toolkit.
  • Support expansion by conducting sourcing, due diligence, and developing formal business cases.
  • Partner with department leaders on high-priority, ad-hoc projects.

What We're Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to articulate questions that lead to deeper analysis.
  • Skilled in structuring ambiguous problems and using logic to drive key analyses.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels, including influencing the executive leadership team.
  • Ability to tailor communication to the audience and translate complex concepts into succinct, digestible formats.
  • Experience with setting up and managing projects in a complex environment.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the willingness to remove obstacles and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable being a flexible team player, working individually or within a team, and serving as both an individual contributor and a leader.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Ability to make independent decisions to prioritize assignments and meet numerous requests and deadlines.
  • Ability to give direction and exercise tact, diplomacy, empathy, and firmness in sometimes highly emotional situations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Compensation Range

$170,000 - $205,000 USD

A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan. Note, the above description is not all-encompassing and Ceribell reserves the right to change or modify job duties and assignments at any time.
