As a Retention Specialist, you’ll work directly with merchants to resolve past-due balances, negotiate payment solutions, and help maintain strong client relationships. If you’re resilient, persuasive, and comfortable handling high-volume calls, this is an opportunity to turn your ambition into real financial success.
What You’ll Do
- Contact merchants regarding past-due accounts through inbound and outbound calls
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement options
- Follow up consistently on delinquent accounts to drive resolution
- Build rapport while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Meet and exceed individual performance goals in a results-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Prior collections or sales experience a plus
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Experience negotiating payment plans or settlements
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations
- Comfortable making 50-100+ calls per day
- Competitive mindset and ability to handle pressure

$40,000 - $60,000 USD
