Position: Training Coordinator

We work across modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, Mobile, Workbooks, videos and blended solutions) and across industries from telecommunications to banking to insurance to fast-food.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create training schedules based on multiple inputs.
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of virtual training programs; coordinate training sessions, manage and maintain instructor and learner schedules, maintain data sheets, equipment/classroom set-up.
- Coordinate the delivery and/or set-up training labs and equipment as needed.
- Actively check in on virtual sites and instructors to track training progress.
- Support instructors and solve problems, reacting quickly and productively, serving as the main point of contact and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve.
- Ensure instructors are on track.
- Track effectiveness of training programs.
- Document feedback to help the learning department identify strengths as well as area of improvement.
- Provide training debriefs to operations learning teams.
- Manage/book travel as needed.
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent Project Management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple consecutive tasks and can plan ahead.
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
- Experience in MS Office, MS Teams and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and in a virtual environment.
- Experience in scheduling and managing training schedules.
- Quick learner; able to understand workflow and daily goals.
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
- Ability to work on a team.
- Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
