Job Role:

As the Program Sales Leader for the Channel Enablement Team, you will lead a dynamic team of Channel Account Managers dedicated to managing the channel accounts and fostering robust client relationships. This role requires a strategic leader who can align team efforts with organizational objectives and deliver impactful results. You will play a key role in designing and executing strategies to enhance sales revenue while providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support a high-performing team of Channel Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies that drive client relationships, boost sales, and strengthen client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular reviews of team performance, identifying and implementing improvements to maximize efficiency and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to integrate sales initiatives into broader business strategies.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, assess risks, and develop actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on sales performance, presenting clear, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a similar role, with a strong focus on sales and team leadership.
  • Mandatory understanding of how to interpret data to formulate strategy.
  • Proven ability to drive results in a sales environment, with an understanding of what it takes to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
