The Role, In a Nutshell:
We’re looking for a strategic and proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Contract to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring efforts, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other client-facing functions. In this role, you'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and pipeline top-tier GTM talent.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with recruiters and GTM hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and team dynamics
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for Sales (Account Executives)
- Use a variety of sourcing methods and platforms (LinkedIn, Gem, Boolean search, etc.) to identify and engage top talent
- Craft compelling outreach messages that align with our brand and resonate with passive candidates
- Screen candidates for fit and alignment with job requirements and company values
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools
- Deliver a positive and inclusive candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Stay up to date on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on GTM functions
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and build strong pipelines across multiple GTM roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and candidate engagement
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for finding great talent
Nice to Have
- Experience sourcing for GTM roles at a SaaS or tech company
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- DEI-focused sourcing strategies and outreach techniques
