What You’ll Lead
- Consent Conqueror: Be the architect behind our board and stockholder consents. You’ll wrangle templates, manage workflows, and maybe even throw in a magic trick or two to keep board meetings from becoming snooze-fests.
- Entity Maestro: Orchestrate corporate entity formation and maintenance with the finesse of a concert conductor (bonus points for sharing your favorite legal acronym). Low drama, high satisfaction—just how you like it.
- Cap Table Commander: Take charge of the cap table, teaming up with Finance to keep numbers sharp and accurate. No need to memorize every decimal, but your eagle eyes for detail will totally impress us.

- You’re so process-driven that even your coffee order is color-coded, but when the document drama heats up, you can still crack a smile.
- You love to build from zero, rock shifting priorities, and sport every hat in your closet (bonus points if that includes a wizard hat).
- You’re a connector: collaborating with execs, board members, and investors is your jam—and you make it look easy.
What You Bring
- A working knowledge of corporate governance, entity formation, and equity documentation. Plus, the ability to explain these concepts to friends at dinner without sending everyone into a food coma.
- Hands-on experience in legal operations or program/project management as part of an in-house team.
- Comfort with equity tech tools, bonus points for Carta experience.
- Fierce document drafting and review skills. You catch typos before they get legendary, and your accuracy is the stuff of lore.
- Mastery of cap table management, process design, analytics, and fresh legal tech.
- Unrivaled research and analytical skills. If you’ve ever gone hunting for one answer and come back with four spreadsheets, you’ll fit right in.
- Bonus points for helping scale infrastructure in ambiguous, wild-west environments.
Base Salary Range
$140,000 - $165,000 USD
