The Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll be a growth driver at Chai, forging new client relationships and expanding our market presence. Your mission? To identify opportunities, deliver value through our AI-first solutions, and establish Chai as the partner of choice for AI/digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Drive revenue by building a robust pipeline, converting prospects into long-term partners, and achieving quarterly targets.
  • Client Engagement: Lead consultative discussions to understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions that enhance their operations.
  • Market Leadership: Attend industry events, nurture professional networks, and advocate for Chai’s unique Agentic AI approach.
  • Collaborative Excellence: Partner with internal teams across marketing, design, and engineering to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Operational Insight: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep CRM systems updated for clear visibility into pipeline progress.

What You Bring

  • Sales Expertise: 6+ years of success in sales for digital consulting, custom software development, or innovative technology services.
  • Vertical Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such technology, energy, logistics,manufacturing, among others.
  • AI Enthusiasm: Experience or interest in generative AI applications and solutions like OpenAI or machine learning frameworks.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to connect with senior leaders and decision-makers, from directors to C-level executives.
  • Results-Driven: A history of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales quotas.
  • Technical Fluency: The ability to translate complex technology into business outcomes.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
