What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Campaign Management: Project manage the execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across video, radio, direct mail, collateral, email and social media. You'll manage timelines, approvals, trafficking, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Brand Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our 19 brands, working with the team to create tailored campaigns that support large, successful brands as well as those in more niche markets. Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy in offers, disclaimers, and more.
  • Creative Collaboration: As project manager, ensure agencies and in-house designers are meeting timelines, understand deliverables and transmit feedback from Field Marketing team to creative talent.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize future strategies and improve ROI.
  • Project Leadership: Develop and manage campaign calendars, ensuring deadlines are met, and streamline workflows to maximize efficiency.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • MBA in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Prefer 2 - 4 years experience working in marketing function or project management
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital, direct mail, and traditional media
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, with a proven track record of driving results and project management
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with project management software such as Asana, Wrike or the like is preferred
  • A passion for marketing and a desire to make a significant impact

Pay Range

$100,000 - $115,000 USD
