Sr. Digital Campaigns Performance Manager
Overview:
Champions Group is seeking a highly analytical, results-driven Sr. Digital Campaigns Performance Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our digital marketing campaigns across our family of 19 brands. This role focuses on driving performance, improving campaign efficiency, and generating high-quality leads. As the in-house expert in digital performance, you will provide strategic recommendations to marketing teams across the organization, using data insights to optimize campaigns and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with digital marketing platforms, campaign performance analysis, and analytics tools, and will thrive on identifying opportunities for improvement and executing data-driven strategies to maximize ROI.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaign performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement across all channels, including SEO, LSA, Google Ads, GBP, Yelp, Modernize, and lead aggregators like Angi’s List.
- Provide strategic recommendations to in-house marketing teams for budget allocation across campaigns/channels to drive results and maximize ROI.
- Develop, maintain, and refine analytics dashboards that support real-time decision-making and enhance campaign performance tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing, performance testing, and experimentation to drive campaign performance and efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and lead quality improvements.
- Serve as a key expert on digital performance, providing strategic guidance on campaign tactics, performance metrics, and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including divisional marketing leaders, digital marketing counterparts and external agencies to ensure campaign objectives align with broader company goals.
- Analyze and report on lead quality and ROAS for lead aggregator platforms such as Angi’s List, Yelp, Modernize, and others. Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to optimize performance and identify new growth opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new tools, and technologies to identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and enhance performance.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reporting across all digital marketing platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
- MBA in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prefer 2 - 4 years experience working in marketing function or project management
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital, direct mail, and traditional media
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, with a proven track record of driving results and project management
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience with project management software such as Asana, Wrike or the like is preferred
- A passion for marketing and a desire to make a significant impact
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in digital marketing performance analysis, campaign management, or a similar role, with deep expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LSA, GBP, and lead aggregators such as Angi’s List, Yelp, and Modernize.
- Proven Ability to Drive Results: A track record of driving performance, improving campaign efficiency, and increasing lead quality through data-driven strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and analyze performance data, identify key trends, and translate insights into actionable optimization recommendations.
- Execution: Ability to identify opportunities, develop ideas, create projects, secure leadership buy-in, and successfully implement across the organization.
- Testing & Optimization: Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other testing methodologies to enhance campaign performance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with analytics dashboards (PowerBI is preferred, but not required), CRM tools like ServiceTitan, and familiarity with other marketing software tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex data in a clear, actionable way.
- Agency Experience: Experience working with or managing digital agencies is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing direct reports is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing or optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple locations and brands.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends, performance benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

Pay Range
$115,000 - $125,000 USD
