
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and collaborative Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our talent acquisition efforts by providing essential administrative support to the TA team. This includes coordinating pre-employment activities, screening and sourcing, maintaining candidate databases, reporting, and assisting with various recruitment activities. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure our hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently, providing an optimal experience for hiring managers and candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Employment Administration: Coordinate and manage the pre-employment (post-offer) process for candidates, ensuring that they complete all required activities in a timely manner.
- Sourcing and Screening: Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and screening across various teams, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing updates and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Assist in updating information within the ATS with candidate details, interview notes, and hiring statuses, ensuring data accuracy.
- Job Postings and Audits: Assist in crafting, updating, and posting job advertisements, frequently auditing for accuracy.
- Reporting: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs and goals.
- Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate information and ensure all hiring practices align with company policies and employment laws.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a recruiting, HR or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, focusing on delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (Greenhouse preferred, but not required).
- A team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment.
