
Marketing Analytics Dashboard Leader - TEMP

About the Role:
Champions Group is seeking an experienced contractor to help us elevate our marketing analytics capabilities. You’ll play a key role in building dashboards that translate performance data into actionable insights for decision-makers across the business. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in marketing analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence tools like Power BI, Domo, and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build user-friendly dashboards that track marketing performance across multiple channels (e.g., search, LSA, organic, email, social, direct mail) and multiple locations
- Connect and integrate data sources such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRMs, and call tracking platforms
- Translate raw and often messy data into clear, intuitive visuals that answer key business questions
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance stakeholders to understand reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Provide recommendations for dashboard improvements, KPIs, and automation opportunities
- Document processes and provide basic training or guidance for internal teams
Qualifications:
- Proven experience building dashboards in Power BI, or Domo
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and customer journey reporting
- Understanding of direct mail results
- Experience working with messy or unstructured data to deliver reliable insights
- Ability to extract and transform data from multiple systems and APIs
- Proficient in Excel for advanced analysis and backup reporting
- Experience working with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into analytics solutions
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Candidates should be prepared to share examples of dashboards they have created or overseen, highlighting impact on marketing performance and decision-making
- Highly preferred: Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/job management platforms
- Bonus: Experience in the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

Pay Range
$58 - $62 USD
