Marketing Coordinator

📍This position is based in-office, in the city of Brea. 

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to be part of our team and support 4 – 5 individual multi-million-dollar home services businesses within a specific region.  A great opportunity to work on all facets of marketing in a fast-growing business.  You will gain experience supporting the buildout of strategic marketing plans, analyzing results, managing budgets, presenting to multiple levels of leadership, and most importantly helping businesses grow. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving marketing expenses and adjusting budget trackers, executing direct mail, digital, and social campaigns, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, maintaining brand integrity and standards, increasing brand awareness, and fostering community engagement. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, you will play a vital role in driving results for the region. RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Management- You will assume a crucial role in assisting the Regional Divisional Marketing Director with the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-touch-point marketing campaigns and initiatives. This entails coordinating various marketing projects, including submitting creative requests, reviewing artwork, compiling campaign mailing lists, managing timelines, budgets and resource allocations.

Budget and Spend Management- Manage the marketing budget for each brand efficiently, manage month-end close outs for each brand, allocating marketing spend accurately including following up on invoices to confirm accuracy in pricing and payment confirmations.

Expert Coordination and Quality Control- Assist in coordinating, editing, and proofing, with high attention to detail, all marketing media placed on behalf of the brands including print ads, flyers, direct mailings, signage, community promotions, online channels, and more. This entails managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing based on deadlines and workflow needs.

Community Brand Building: Support the brands in identifying opportunities in the markets for sponsorships, charitable contributions, trade shows, and ventures. Additionally, organize and coordinate marketing events as required.

Reporting and Data Analysis- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of each brand’s marketing campaigns, providing reports, insights and actionable recommendations to enhance effectiveness.

Auditing- Dive into campaign attribution for accuracy and proper campaign coding to allow for accurate campaign performance analysis, including lead-generating platforms ie Google LSA, NextDoor, HomeAdvisor, and more. Look for trends in performance, success, and areas of improvement.

Social and Reputation Management- Plan organic social media content with each of the brands, building the calendar and coordinating with each brand on post approvals, content creation and more. Manage and monitor the social media content calendars and reputation scores across all platforms.

Brand Communication: Organize marketing meeting decks for your direct report as well as be prepared to lead parts of the meeting and give updates on marketing initiatives when applicable.  Continuously update presentation decks showcasing growth-driving activities, new marketing initiatives, campaign performance, and more.

Team Player: Be an integral part of the marketing leadership and collaborate with cross-functional team members to create and deploy best-in-class marketing programs. Periodically attend marketing department in-person gatherings and occasionally visit the divisional brand store locations.

Vendor/Agency Management- Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful campaign launches.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience in-home service, multi-site business, retail or hospitality is preferred but not required. 
  • Marketing for local businesses is preferred, with an understanding including but not limited to: SEO principles, PPC, LSA, online review management, and social media.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing
  • Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Highly motivated and proactive self-starter with the ability to function in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Inquisitive and interested to learn about new things/ new approaches
  • Joy of marketing – enjoys talking about marketing, growth programs and making a difference.

 

 

Pay Range

$25 - $30 USD
